This is wrong. The conclusion that they derive are wrong. Quantum mechanical effects don't happen on macro, or even micro scale. There are many weird phenomena that defy the basic laws of physics, which is why we came up with quantum mechanics in the first place.
If inner earth exists and has an inner sun, then the centrifugal force created by the earth's spin would have to be bigger than earth's gravitational pull and the inner sun's gravitational pull combined. The net force would drag people away from the poles and towards the equator.
