I spoke with a French Overseas Territories flag once, but he was the same as the French flag which made it a bit difficult to prove via screenshot.
I've been thinking of taking a trip to East Timor to post from there - their flag is pretty rare and it would be fairly affordable to get there from Australia.

I actually tried to get to Andorra once, but you may find it interesting that there is actually a reason for it being such a "rare" flag despite being near multiple populated location. It's bloody difficult to actually get there. There is only 1 train from a remote station every week that goes to "Near Andorra," which you have to take some kind of rare bus service from to get in to Andorra. And then, to drive you need to either go in summer because of the snow, or have a 4x4 with treads on your tires because yeah, otherwise you die. Cheap alcohol there though.
