Meme magic is over.

Who sez that

Fujos got bored with it and S2 is bad and unfunny.

Is there any indication on twitter or whatever that Japanese fans/sources think it's doing poorly? I've only seen them bitch about sleeping order and that kinda shit.

Maybe fujos got mad when they mocked them in episode 1?

It's not???

Yes it is.

Fujos moved on to western cartoons

I want to sleep in Karamatsu's cool black hoodie!

Most anime flops hard. We should try to find a new form of entertainment that grabs us in a way like how anime first did.

Only western fujos. Pixiv daily female rankings are all over the place, but their seems to be about equal amounts of Osomatsu-san, BnHA and YoI, nothing like the endless walls of Osomatsu-san you'd see while the first season was airing. I hoping the season just needs to pick up a little more steam. The first season didn't have a massive fan following right out of the gate.

In the East it's as popular as ever. If there's a drop off in content/attention it's pretty slight. But I lurk both Twitter and Pixiv and the difference between now and around the end of S1 is pretty marginal.

As for the West, I have no idea. I have mixed feelings about it.

is an accurate representation.

Not in Japan user

I've only seen western fans take offence at that (one person even complaining "why are they all white").

I looked at Pixiv, and while there was a HELL of a lot of art posted while season 1 was still airing, you also saw a consistently large amount from that point up to now.

People saying that it's flopping are ignoring that while it may not measure up to the first season, it also never had a drastic drop off in official content or fan interest. Looking at fanart, Osomatsu was more popular during every single month of its long hiatus than YOI was while airing. Does that not count for anything?

>(one person even complaining "why are they all white").
I'm sorry, what?

>"why are they all white"
holy shit

It's flopping really hard in BDs. It's struggling to stay in top 1000 on amazon even though the first season sold 66.8k on average.

>>As for the West, I have no idea. I have mixed feelings about it.
There are consequences to letting the primary website for fan content creation also be the primary nerve center for an extremist political movement. The lines were less blurred two years ago, but western fandom has become incompatible with Japanes humor. Ironic that they are so intolerant.

Source? I wasn't aware that the first volume was up for pre-order yet.

It's been up for a month already

i'm pretty sure it's just because they were all born in 2002

I think you're still trying to pull a fast one over on me. I'll wait until I see it in the stalker threads.

It's probably hard to keep a large group of people invested in a skit based series with no continuing storyline, it takes more to sustain an obsessive fanbase.

Not even magic, just a meme.

They lost that edge they had in s1 and they are actually trying to make the brothers more wholesome in some ways (though they're shitty neets at the end of the day), I don't hate it personally and I still find it funny but the people who are saying it didn't change at all are kind of lying.

>being this new
Where do you think people get data for stalker threads?

I think it's more how cancerous the fandom got-people are reluctant to bring it up. happened to a lot of fandoms lately

that sucks to hear, I genuinely like the show. came for the show the incest is just a plus. then again, porn is always a plus.

fujos are a fickle beast

I guess they took too long to get the second season out before the fujos lost interest

S2 came out 15 months after s1 ended, that's really fast

Are fujos loyal?

>lost interest
then they were shit fotm watchers at best imo. things come back all the time like Kino.

No such thing anymore.

If Loyalty existed CG wouldn't be more popular than the original Idolmaster girls.

>fujomatsu flopping
>kekkei sense flopping
>hozuki flopping
