Under most circumstances I would agree that bringing weapons to school is absolutely retarded (unless allowed at something like a University and closed-carry), but this is a girl who has had hundreds if not thousands of deaths threats against her entire family, who lives in a city that almost majority Black, who has almost certainly been completely socially ostracized and treated like shit/threatened outright for something she had no part in—she absolutely had reason to believe her life was at risk at with all these black posters on twitter vowing for revenge.
