Some southern Euros are white, many are not. You can usually tell by looking at them, For example; Athenians are often brown but Greeks in the country side are more white. Northern Italy is almost entirely white (except for all the niggers and indians) and in southern Italy most people are brown or have recent brown/black ancestry. Southern Italians are heavily mixed. Greek islanders tend to be mixed too. My aunties husband was born on the island of Crete. He has blue eyes and white skin but he was often bullied and pick on/singled out for being the only fair person in the local area. Cyprus is like that too, but to a lesser extent. The population there seems to be half arab/arab mixes and half white. My mothers father looks very Arab (but with green eyes and a blue eye'd father) and my mothers mother is white skin with brown eyes. All of my mother siblings turned out darker (not as dark as my grandpa though) except for my mother who has light green eyes and pale skin. Also dont believe anyone who says Turk Cypriots and Greek Cypriots are genetically different because they're not. There are no Turk and Greek Cypriots, just Cypriots. The only Turks there are the ones that invaded in recent decades and chose to stay and live there.
A lot of Spanish people are mixed with North Africans too but there are plenty of very white looking people. The point is that you can tell whos white and non-white in those regions simply by looking at them...its not complicated.
