Dude, don't tell me about it, last week I was at biblioteca nacional and there were about 10 of these "white" brs gossping about their dumb bs like xica da silva and whatnot, I had to do a retarded SSHHH for them to shut up, and even then, they stared at me and kept talking for two mins until a guard told them to shut up or fuck off. Está complicado, todavía seguimos pagando por los platos rotos de estar en un estado de bienestar, mucha plata que va a lugares donde no tiene que ir, y no donde hace falta realmente. Mantenemos muchos vagos a los cuales se les paga por tener hijos, y nadie quiere tomar cartas en el asunto por el costo político que implica. El dolar sigue subiendo y no se están cumpliendo del todo las metas de inflación que se habían propuesto hace un tiempo, va mejorando pero muuuy lentamente, y es dificil ver donde están cambiando las cosas para bien. Por suerte, este gobierno piensa un poco a largo plazo y está aprobando (aunque de manera medio cuestionable a veces) varias obras de infraestructura, sobretodo en generación y distribución de energía.

Podría funcionar eso, como englobando a todos, pero tendrías que ver donde marcás a lo que es argentino de lo que no, y qué restricciones pondrías para alguien que tiene documento nacional pero se las pasa afuera, y sin embargo puede usar los beneficios de aquí cuando le plazca, como salud, o educación. No creo que la balcanización sea conveniente, aunque quizás serviría organizar el país por regiones, que si bien es medio ímplicito debido a sus características geográficas, no lo es en cuanto a gobierno.

If you're into hiking and outdoors, Colorado has some great places like Rocky Mountain park. Western North Carolina has some cool stuff like white water rafting, old mines, museums. Asheville is beautiful. (Pic related)
Tucson Arizona has some cool cowboy areas. Savannah Georgia is a great city to see a glimpse into the old American South.
