not very sensational. lots of homeless people were using public restrooms to sleep in/shower at night, city decided to fuck them over and locked up said restrooms. as a result they ended up shitting in the streets/bushes. after said designated street shitting there was an outbreak of Hep A and the city had to spray the streets down.

Last I read, it had made its way to Sacramento. The Bay Area is filthy. I tried living there for a few years and had to GTFO. American shithole.
The trouble is: The state and local governments actively create these problems. You have to get those blue-shirt faggots to stop raising minimum wage, end rent control, and stop preventing builders from building new housing.
CA creates all of its own problems. And now it's really showing how awful a place they're making.
