No, the algorithm that determines whether your video is demonetised or not is difficult to understand. It's basically a black box, and also the "manual review" you get when you contest is a lie, it's just more algorithm. I've heard tons of examples where it's fucking clear the manual review isn't really a thing.
Pewdiepie is just taking down and reuploading his videos over and over because he's trying to get them to actually monetise.
