This bill is in the Missouri legislature right now. If you want to see your state be a sanctuary state for a constitutional right, now would be a good time to spread the info around and hammer your representatives to show interest in passing this legislation.
If you aren't in Missouri, you might contact your representatives about introducing and passing similar legislation and helping to halt the erosion of Constitutional Rights in the US.
>Rep. Jeff Pogue (R-Salem) prefiled House Bill 1760 (HB1760) on Dec. 27. Titled the “Second Amendment Preservation Act,” the legislation would ban any person, including any “public officer or employee of state state and its political subdivisions, from enforcing any past, present or future federal acts, laws, executive orders, administrative orders, court orders, rules, regulations, statutes, or ordinances that infringe on the right to keep and bear arms.”
That means fuck the NFA and all federal legislation since.
The war of northern aggression was a one-sided offense in which the north murdered, raped and burned civilian cities. The south being honorable did not do the same but this time we will.

I've been looking to move, my ex is originally from Missouri and made it sound pretty nice. What's the job market like?

This seems more like a hill to challenge these laws at the SC than anything else.
They'd never get away with not enforcing Federal Law until then, but I like the idea - perhaps after Ginsburg is dead though.

Several states have passed similar measures but they are all toothless unfortunately. Unless the laws for local and state authorities to intervene on a citizens behalf, federal authorities can simply come in and arrest any citizen that is going against federal statutes. It's nice that the state will not intervene should someone wish to make and apply a suppressor to a firearm or turn it full auto to list a few examples but that doesn't protect you when the ATF shows up.

STLanon here Fuck guns Honestly, if you want a law on guns to happen, why not introduce legislation that makes it legal to study the effect of guns on the population?
Hunting is cool and all, but there’s no real need for people to carry that shit everywhere >but what about bad guys with guns Isn’t that why we pay the police If the police arrested everyone who had a gun as opposed to everyone that has drugs, we’d solve more crime stemming from drugs and guns than just arresting some dude with a nug of weed in his pocket
>"STLanon here" >"Fuck guns" >One of the most violent crime ridden cities in the country >"Isn't that why we pay police?" >police has guns >"Fuck guns" What in the fuck am I reading? You need to leave your gated community and go experience real life, junior.

The reason that they didn’t was because congress took money away from them when they did The CDC was more concerned about being able to function than focus on guns It’s a lie to say that the CDC wasn’t bullied into not researching gun violence
Answer me honestly user Adding more guns doesn’t prevent gun violence Gun violence per capita is highest in states that are pro gun
