What kind of unfair bullshit will these kids be thrust into next?
Ousama Game

Dice game soon.
Maybe. They still have to visit the village in the first series, and it would work out well if they put the 2 village visits side by side. Ideally, I think they should stop the flashbacks for a bit and finish up the current night after that. There's the hospital, Kenta and Mizuki's orders, and the phone calls. Then they could put everyone in the park and have Nobuaki explain how the first game ended before they start the current group's game in the park. At that point they'd be past the flashbacks and everyone would know how the first game ended, not just Kenta and Mizuki.

each other's rectums
Are they telling Nobuaki's first story alongside his second encounter with the King's Game?
I read the first manga, but I don't remember if they ever figured out who the King was.
Speaking of rectums, why didn't Nobuaki and his buddy just do some butt stuff, instead of making his girlfriend fuck him while he was unconscious?
Yes, they're heavily relying on flashbacks to weave the two games together. It's a bit of a mess at this point.
Big Spoilers.
In the original, the King is a computer program created by Chiemi's mother. It was designed to use hypnosis to stop conflict, but now it's a weapon trying to find a new owner. In the sequel, the King is actually based on an old biological virus. The Origin manga talks about how it came into being, and it spreads through key individuals between series.
Oh yeah now I remember.
So the King from the first game and the King from the second game aren't the same entity? I assumed Nobuaki had brought it with him to his new school as the winner of the old King's Game.
Thanks.
There's a big disconnect between the first manga and the rest of the manga. In the first manga, Chiemi's mother was a computer researcher and none of the original game's villagers survived. However, in the rest of the series, Chiemi's mother isn't important. Her father was a player in the original King's game, and it was that virus passed down into Chiemi that kicked off the first series game with Nobuaki.
That's an interesting change.
Thanks for the explanation.
