I can tell you that if I was in charge of running something like this, I wouldn't want retards who just click 'report suspicious activity' 24/7 all day when there is nothing going on, causing me to waste time and manpower. Instead, I'd show all new users pre-recorded videos and have the site automatically gauge their accuracy for the first few just to make sure I'm not getting bullshitter retards fucking up my operation.
