Time to dump recently translated and untranslated chapters, grab some attention! Chapters 32, 33 and 34, coming right up. Also, there's hinting that Volume 3 will be going on sale early December and preorders might be beginning very soon, but it's only rumors! Volumes don't always come with all the choitashi pages, but each retailer gets a different poster associated with their sale, the pages are in slightly higher quality and there's a good 6-7 pages of 4koma, so, by golly!
Translated (but yet to be released) Chapter 32 - Marathon Training

Page 4 Of course! I understand!
You want to show good results in the CLASS MARATHON COMPETITION held in March... [TL: Emphasize capitalizations] So you wanna learn some WORKOUTS USEFUL FOR MARATHONS, right? [TL: Emphasize capitalizations]
OK, let's train the essential muscles! Hey, don't you feel like things are GOING FASTER now? Seems pretty sped up... Really? It's going at the usual pace.
Hunter Reed
Page 5 But Machio, Do we actually need to weight train for a marathon? Maybe? We did ask him to be safe, though.
Really, I'd say running itself would be the best.
No no! You should absolutely muscle train for marathons.
For example, if your TORSO isn't trained enough, your body's AXIS WILL WAVER and you'll use up extra stamina. [TL: Emphasize capitalizations]
Oh! Makes sense!
You see the use of a strong body for marathons? Okay, let's introduce you to a few useful exercises.
I actually really, really like that title, damn. Nice.
Hopefully we can grab TL's attention and get Ch 33 and 34 on its way, too! Good times.
Dominic Hernandez
Page 6 When running a marathon, Could you possibly run efficiently without training these parts? [Between bodies] These parts [Right] Abdominals, Legs [Left] Back, Thighs
PLANKS There is no need to increase your muscle size, so isometrics are enough. Hold for at least 30 seconds ---> Abs + Torso BACK EXTENSIONS While lying face-down, arch your back and stretch out. ---> Back + Torso
LUNGES LUNGES are great for your lower body. This trains the quadriceps, gluteus maximus, hamstrings, and also the area around your hip joints and your calves. Feet shoulder width -->
Carrying dumbbells during this exercise is a big plus!! [Near dumbbell] This You should aim for 10 steps per leg.
Jaxson Long
Page 7 Training the inner muscles (Iliopsoas) with bicycle crunches we introduced before is also effective. BICYCLE CRUNCHES
As previously mentioned, training for size or explosive power is not practical.
Try to train while being aware of "BODY STABILITY" Focusing on balance ---> Of course, do this while running and increase your stamina.
David Gomez
Page 8 Training for body stability and stamina, how could it not improve results!!?
Charles Murphy
Page 9 You can do all these workouts I introduced today at home. So try to exercise even when you can't reach the gym! OKAY!!
Wonderful. The explanation is easy to understand, as always. Machio is an excellent teacher.
Page 10 After he graduated high school, I believe he studied.... sports theory? or something in an American university... Yeah. I can't concentrate on what you're saying thanks to the scene here.
But I can accept that. It's impossible to get that body without having specialized knowledge.
Maybe Machio, Is an even more amazing person than we thought.
Justin Baker
Page 11 You should never look down on muscles.
Juan Young
Page 12 The background machos are causing a fuss. They're overwhelmed by his muscle-pressure!
Maybe this man's macho-power is more than Machio's machismo...!? Hold on. Don't just blurt out words we're not used to in this panic.
Jaxon Jackson
Page 13 ...SIR... Why're you in Japan...?

Extra Reason
[Immigration Officer: Shin Sasurutarou] [A hardened veteran with 30 years experience.]
sfx: trembling
To: Shin-san DOGE-CHAN
>I'm so glad I asked him for the autograph... [He asked him after his shift, so it's fine.]
QC EDITOR NOTE: Obviously, Harnold Dogegenchonegger is a reference to Arnold Schwarzenegger, who's name in Austrian means "from black ridge/land". ("Schwarzen = black" "egg = ridge (geographical)" "er = from/resides/associated.") In German, "dagegen = on the other hand/as opposed to" or some rival comparison. Since Mr. Dogegenchonegger, here, is from the land of Hollywood (displayed on top of a ridge) and seems to be a rival to Machio's machismo, his name could mean "from rival ridge/land." It's also just a big nonsense name. Incidentally, Akemi's expensive chairs from ch. 11 are from the Chinese dynasty of "Dogegencho."

>I actually really, really like that title, damn. Nice. Thanks but it was rather obvious to call her like that.
Daniel Reed
Good work, keep at it! The best thing is to continue to eat healthy foods, just in greater quantities. Don't by shy about taking a multivitamin, any dietary supplements for minerals and what not. And, with all that energy on board, apply it to some heavy lifting and some long jogging!

How do I measure own bodyfat?
Jordan Nelson
...
Cooper Diaz
Take a picture when you are relaxed, neither bloated nor pumped, and another one flexing. Google bodyfat charts and find the body that looks closest to yours in leanness. Most accurate way.
Dominic King
There are multiple ways to measure body fat. The ways to do it yourself at home are
1) Calculate your BMI. Then apply it to this formula BFP = 1.20 × BMI + 0.23 × Age - 5.4 >This is the easiest and fastest method >It is the least accurate...but don't let that fool you, it's still very approximately correct. You'll only be off by a percent or two.
2) Use the US Navy's multiple measurement methods using this formula BFP = 86.010×log10(abdomen-neck) - 70.041×log10(height) + 36.76 >This is more complicated and requires some meauring. You might need a partner. >It's more accurate. VERY accurate, actually, even moreso if you actually exercise regularly.
3) Body Fat Calipers. They can be bought at nutrition or gym equipment stores fairly cheaply (like, 5-10 bucks). Just use the calipers, pinch your fat, pull that skin away from the body and measure the results to a chart. >Also very easy, but frequently performed with errors >When done correctly, it's very accurate! When not done correctly, it's not very accurate!
And as implies, your body fat percentage is relatively easy to visually affirm. It's about how lean you are. The best way to control body fat percentage, your fat, is what you consume. It almost always goes back to what you're eating and being diligent and aware.

I can't be sure. It's definitely katakana "do" ド and not "da" ダ but I dunno if his name is actually supposed to mean something or it's pure coincidence on Sandrovich's part. Or maybe he did mistranslate German into Japanese, himself.
We'll stick with the literal but I still love the connection.

Chapter 35 will be out in spoilers sometime today, too. I'll tease when that comes around, though the official release will be NEXT Thursday. (This is a biweekly/bi monthly series I can never remember which means "every other week". P sure it's bi monthly, but hey.)

Some time ago I started croping and saving pics from manga I was bingereading. Maybe I should reread Danberu and collect all the cute Ayakas

My folder would welcome them. I mostly just paint up a couple crops from each chapter. I'm sitting around 300 for Danberu...

If only that the quality of the pages weren't so poor.
Chase Rivera
There's two sources at the moment. The obvious being from the urasunday site which...technically looks a bit nicer, though the resolution isn't as large. The Vol. 1 was shared as well, which is nice, but we don't have Vol. 2.
For an entirely online manga, the scanning seems a bit under what it could be.
Isaac Myers
I'll post the color pages from the Vol. 1 shared, to see the difference in quality.
Brody Gomez
It does SOUND like Dagegen Schon. I wonder what he intended.
>Or maybe he did mistranslate German into Japanese, himself. Probably.
>Mangled European name gets bent into Japanese katakana. >Romanized version of mangled name becomes European name. Classic!

Do you guys want the 2nd volume? I downloaded it a few weeks ago but the omakes are already translated
Joshua Harris
What exercise is that?
Blake Diaz
i hope losing the flight means he will not leaving
Samuel Carter
I completely lied, I apparently didn't realize I had vol. 2 as well, but if you want to give a link to the other folks (if they like making crops of the RAWs in higer quality) I don't see why not.
I guess the main point is: Volume RAWS exist, people have got 'em They are better resolution and quality English translations are based on the chapter-to-chapter RAWS, so not quite Volume level (but still fantastic, the Rakuen cleaner/editor/ts is really, really good)
Wyatt Sanders
It looks like he was denied boarding on his aircraft for being without clothes, just like Albert Weskenegger earlier in the chapter. I think it just means he had to wait for the next flight (at least 5 hours later)

When I eat a package of chicken wings and the package says 750g. Do I need to take the calories per 100g * 7,5 or are the bones, that I obviously didn’t eat, not included in that and I need to weigh the bones at the end again too?
Lucas Richardson
I've always wondered if calipers would get the wrong value with me since I have very elastic skin.
Luke Edwards
bump, and here's to hoping mods don't delete the thread
Luis Foster
I'd guess the bones are included if it is served that way.
You have to weigh it before you eat.
The actual calorie density of the non-bone part would be higher. But then you'd have to weigh the bones afterwards.
John Bell
If it's not from a butcher there's a high chance it will be added on myfitnesspal. Search for it.
>Does the serving size weight include the weight of bone for bone-in meat and poultry cuts? >No. The serving size weight must reflect the edible portion of the product.
Guess I was wrong.
Eli Baker
God bless the Sup Forumsnon that made this.
Oliver Powell
Our TL or the Rakuen producer? They've made 2 or 3 different credit pages.
But the TL does deserve the anonymous praise, yeah!
Noah Jackson
Mildly shrunk by 5% and jpeg (gotta get it under 4 MB), but here's the first 30 chapters.
Ryan Ward
A little fact about the volumes: they do not contain all the choitashi extra pages. Only about 1/4 of them, actually.
