Black Lagoon and Baccano are better dubbed since the characters are all speaking English in the setting. If you watch in Japanese you'll hear a clumsy sounding loanword every 2 seconds.

They are in my opinion, but I've always been a pleb by Sup Forums's standards. One notable exception by the way: Isaac and Miria's little back and forths aren't poorly done in the dubs, but the originals are still better in those isolated cases.
