Tatsuki is having a talkshow on the 26th where he is pretty much guaranteed to not talk about KF, but people will probably ask him KF stuff anyway.
He also hired new background artists for the train anime, which people took as a sign that he's moving on from KF.
We still don't know anything for sure, though.

So was Tatsuki originally supposed to work on Season 2 until someone at Kadokawa changed their mind, or was he going to be excluded from the beginning?

It sounds like they always intended to oust him, in order to give KF a higher quality second season. They used the extra episode as some kind of pretext to dismiss him, in light of the fact that fans actually liked the shitty animation.

The companies that collaborated with Yaoyozoru told Kadokawa to fuck off about their statement of 12.1 and the collabs being done without permission.

That simply isn't true. It could refer to things we are completely unaware of and another popular theory now is it was around the voice auditions Yaoyarozu were promoting using the Kemono Friends name.
The companies involved in the collaborations s made statements because of people sending them tons of emails asking about it and it's clear that it's not 12.1 as we can see statements from Hosoya from TV Tokyo stating he was aware it was being made.
There isn't any lie going on there we can demonstrate user it's just unclear to us in our position exactly what they're referring too. Fans can't work it out with any certainty in this situation. That's why people want more information on what they're talking about.

You can't have been paying all that close attention then I guess. You should really know that those three videos aren't the only possible ways an IP could be misused. They're just the most obvious public suspects which quickly got crossed off. You haven't even mentioned the Kemono Friends doujin book publications Tatsuki did which also got eliminated from being a suspect for the problem. It could be things that aren't even published, deals being made that people didn't have the rights to make and so on. The voice auditions thing is very much something that gets brought up regularly both here and in Japan on this topic. Just know that those three clips aren't the only possible things as you have claimed.
I'm not saying anything about Kadokawa being right or wrong here. Simply we don't know enough about the situation from the information we have to say the claim is an outright lie. Even the Japanese/Chinese/Korean SJP organised Tatsuki support people are asking for more information around the claim rather than outright claiming its a lie.
