Why are the languages all the same?

Also can anyone explain these google search results to me? Why would it only show up if I add Sup Forums? What the hell is Google doing to its search results lately?

what am i looking at?

did anyone look at those google results yet?
I'm truly mystified that without typing Sup Forums nothing shows up
did they just start censoring all Sup Forums stuff unless youre explicitly looking for it?

Those are white people's languages

What about Egyptian?

did you miss the next pic i posted?
its a good one

The alphabet was only invented once, everything afterwards was borrowed from the original. The exceptions are languages without an alphabet (Chinese, ancient Egyptian) and some isolates (like the Korean "alphabet" created in the 15th century).

the chinese language complexity deeply disturbs me

how the FUCK do they remember all of these
what the hell do people with bad handwriting do

Attached: chineselanguage.jpg (1024x1024, 164K)

i think we are passed the point of understanding that google is willing to censor searches based on their own judgements.

the real question is if they are doing this for good reasons or not. are their motives to truly make the world better or are they just reaching for more control because they are the evil ones?

It's notoriously more difficult and takes much more time for even children to learn the Japanese and Chinese writing systems. I've sometimes wondered if this early difficulty presented to the growing child results in a higher intelligence quotient.

Well I didn't realize it was so brazen
I just want to go back to the 90s

there are patterns and roots and a lot of they are hieroglyphic. it allows for the expression of abstract thought in a simple manner. its very interesting

bumping for more redpills

More interestingly: what do they do if they face a symbol they don't know? There's no clue on how to pronounce so you can ask someone what it means. How does a Chinese dictionary even work?

>en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Borean_languages
This is a Borean supremacist board. Notuns BTFO'd!

would you rather make up a language or just use the one mommy and daddy grug taught you?

Human languages have even more in common than the orthographic similarities in the OP.

Look up X-Bar Theory (basically Noam Chomksy's brainchild (and a lesser-known Indian guy named Hajj Ross)- "in a manner of speaking" (heh) it's accurate to say that there is really only one human language with parameters that can be adjusted so as to elude universal comprehension. (in short, your individual language is just as much about who doesn't understand as who does).

Attached: 1455567926417.jpg (1920x1080, 598K)

i'm pretty sure 4 of those originated from the same language. maybe 5 but i cant tell what writing system that last one is

ive always been under the impression that the languages came about at Genesis 11 - is this the correct interpretation of the division of races/languages?

i always thought this was the ultimate redpill on linguistics

interesting.. they have such a complex writing system to explain profound and abstract ideas, but they don't have freedom of speech..
there must have been an age of enlightenment in their history and have begun closing the pandoras box again.

probably because there always has been exchange across cultures and geographies.

also, all languages have noun, verb, adjective as main words, and some small words or modifications as helpers.

from the core logic, japanese is quite similar to western languages. for example they have similar figurative expressions, and similar constructions like "i am GOING to do something"

Attached: 1498428592689.png (573x897, 103K)

They do all kinds of fucky shit with their search algorithms.

One time, I found a Google group dedicated to sharing child porn. The strange thing was you could only find it using non-Google search engines, like Ecosia or duckduckgo.

>Why are the languages all the same

They are not. What you posted is the alphabet not the language. Indo-european, Turkic, East Asian, African language families are all different from each other. Not only words don't ressemble even the way you build your sentence is different.

And about alphabets, google Georgian alphabet for example.

language has effects on reality as it effects your perception which pulls on reality, being more verbose, or having more symbols attached to concepts, makes your perception of reality more complex

early humans came up with colors slowly, before the conceptual distinction of colors was assigned to symbols (words) cultures that would have basic colors like red blue and green seemed to perceive reality almost exclusively in those colors

also there are lots of african languages that literally don't have a future tense

because they all have common roots?

Almost all sound humans can make comfortably can be boiled down to open mouth sounds(vowels) and closed mouth sounds(consonants), and there is a limited set of those sounds that we can distinguish.
Vowels are needed to give words length and to allow air to flow for proper volume, while consonants are needed to distinguish words from one another.
Making a worth without either is really difficult and awkward, and almost all combinations of vowel and consonant is viable.

Cultural overlap and similar language roots are of course a large part of explanations too, but it makes sense that independent writing systems would end up with a similar set of sounds combined in similar ways.

The goologs will prolly ban eye roll memes soon like china.

>seven boxxies

A simpler time my friend. I miss those days.

I think it's Georgian

>also there are lots of african languages that literally don't have a future tens
future tense is kind of useless. japanese doesn't have it either. it can be expressed well with present tense. maybe this is because it makes more sense to make descriptive statements about the factual past than the undefined future, and language is mostly used for descriptive statements..

tomorrow i will go swimming
vs
tomorrow i go swimming

morgen werde ich schwimmen gehen
vs
morgen gehe ich schwimmen

Ackshually Chinese and Japanese Kanji are very pictographic in nature and are comprised of mixtures of more basic kanji which is why they're graded in both languages. the best example i can give you is the japanese for tree, woods and forest. Tree is a grade 1 kanji, you'd learn this in Key Stage 1 education (first grade in yank i guess)

木 = tree (notice how it actually looks like a tree? pictographic language.)
森 = woods (3 trees together, a bunch of trees)
森林 = forest (many trees)

same again for another basic natural component. fire.

火 = light
火炎 = flame
火災 =fire

pretty interesting, right?

and ForgottenLanguages is a Giselian research database managed by a Spanish cult that forges archeological discoveries

yes, but as I said, language puts more defined shape to your reality, my implication was that the lacking of future tense resonates well with the way africans evolved not having to do much forward thinking

>Ackshually

You remind me of somebody I talked to on here once before...

symbols are ordered by number of strokes and components (radicals)

Language is something that has lived and borrowed from every culture and every people. The only languages that don't really make sense in this example is mostly African dialects.

>Language is something that has lived and borrowed from every culture and every people.

Sorry but that's an absurd blanket statement. Please don't shit on such a complex and beautiful subject by applying such appallingly basic logic to it. The etymology of human language is a rich and complex tapistry as old as time itself.

pidgin isnt a language and you know it

If they offer me a job, I might be inclined to consider it, how much does it cost to V& someone? I'm cheap by comparison probably.

I would like to know more about it, but I know better and I've seen a lot of anons get sick watching weird youtube videos and going to weird sites like that laughing horse thing.

Attached: 1473896290835.jpg (1290x7562, 2.39M)

see, but Phoenecian itself is probably derived from demotic ancient egyptian (demotic being a sort of shorthand version of heiroglyphs that functions more like an alphabet).

It's pretty mindblowing when you realise that the letters of our Latin alphabet, and dozens of other alphabets, use are all probably descended from the pictograms you can see on the walls of ancient Egyptian temples.

>how the FUCK do they remember all of these
I was about to ask 'how do you remember all the words when you're learning a foreign language', but then I realised you're an American so that probably doesn't resonate with you.

It's essentially like learning a separate language, except you only have to learn the new vocab, since the grammar is the same as your native language. The only difference is that it's visual, like sign language, rather than verbal.

>How does a Chinese dictionary even work?
Characters are written in a specific order, going from top to bottom and left to right. So if the first stroke is a long horizontal line, you look up the long horizontal section of the dictionary. Next stroke is a short vertical line, go to that subsection. It's really not as complicated as it first looks, once I'd done it once or twice it was fairly easy. Also, a lot of the same base characters (radicals) are repeated, so even if the word isn't familiar the individual components probably will be, making them easier to look up.

Like another user said, paper dictionaries are ordered by number of strokes and radicals.

However most modern Chinese people have app dictionaries where you can manually draw the character or use visual recognition to automatically populate it

why would they care about past languages

Attached: 1520656637874.jpg (723x2861, 508K)

Actually have no idea what this is. I'm too much of a brainlet

compared a handful of them, seems like bullshit

people seem to not get the power of language, and as such seem to not see one of the most significant parts of the georgia guidestones
i believe the language part is actually one of the most interesting and deering aspects of those
allegedly you can pretty much mindcontroll people by controlling their language. if a certain language doesnt have a concept imbedded in it, if you are unable to properly express something with a language, then it is unlikely that someone thinks of that concept since he himself cant grasp it in his thoughts and much less express those to others meaning that if he comes up with some enlightening idea he cant properly express it. this is also the reason why bible and other texts have to use metaphores to describe their eternal truths in them.
furthermore apparently people who speak multiple languages also seem to be smarter and have better cognitive functions meaning if suddenly everyone just speaks one language those will drop on a global scale as well. additionally this kinda supports my first statements as this person with multiple languages has now more languages to choose from to think of an concept widening his horizon.

dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-3164163/It-s-official-Speaking-one-language-makes-smarter-Bilingual-people-grey-matter-know-mother-tongue.html
Now imagine why they want to try to make anything logical hatespeech? because if its forbidden to say it is forbidden to think and since people try to avoid social repercussions they abide to social customs.
also ask yourself why the georgia guidestones mention as a goal to unite all people under one language? because if they choose the which language the people speak they can also choose the mindset of the people.

interesting
is there a whole world version?

were taught that other languages are for irrelevant people

They just use different symbols and combinations for all the sounds you know how to make.

Not that I've seen. I found that on Sup Forums, they have a lot of good info and resources on language learning.

Pretty sure I have talked to the guy who posted that back in 2016.

did you watch the youtube videos aswell?

this

So all the spoopy forgottenlanguage stuff is fake thens?

One of them.

indo-european languages are even very similar to each other spoken let alone written. the people are also relatively genetically similar compared to other peoples. you may not like it but indians and whites share a relatively recent common ancestor. look up some albino indians to get your mind blown, they're pretty much dark white people. dunno where the autism comes from.

ForgottenLanguages is completely unrelated to bad self eater. The two got some hype at the same time in Sup Forums threads. BSE was a confirmed media stunt. FL is a group of people who have created coded articles daily for years, with zero attempts to gain attention

no, the leaf is referring to something else, not related to the forgotten language stuff
