Another happening gone boring. 8992 and its backups haven't transmitted in ages. The planes over tokyo are still mulling around in circles. The russian buzzer is still buzzing >yawn
Its just the frenchies, they use 8992 with low power transmitters for mundane stuff, but because they're close to the antenna they get picked up a lot.

Radio transmission originating from Andrews AFB sent out multiple SKYKING EAMs few hours ago.
After these SKYKING transmissions someone codenamed Fandango sent out multiple different coded transmissions on the same frequency. Right after the last Fandango transmission 3 USAF transport planes took off from Tokyo and have been on a holding pattern over the city ever since, while Fandango has been silent.
i dont plan on eating rice alone, I am going to walk around taking sanwiches from little men like you, and then I am going to impregnate their girlfriend/wife and make them raise my bastard sons for me.
The happening is an event where it's likely we're in DEFCON 3 or 2. It wouldn't be reported on the news. When the happening *actually* happens, you will know because there will be Emergency Alert Notification
You will hear this sound if you have your television or radio on. In the likely scenario that you do not own or operate either of these devices, you will also receive a EAM on your cellular phone.
Once the attack is confirmed, the emergency sirens in your area will sound. You must proceed immediately to any underground areas such as a local carpark, should you live in a heavily urban area. If you live in the countryside you are advised to get into your basement.
You should already have stocked up on the following items:
- Clean Water, at least to last you for 6-8 month. - Water filters for emergencies. - Iodine pills. - Clean Soil if you have the space for it. - Breathing masks, N95 standard. - If you can afford it, a full NBC suit for each of your family members and yourself. - Sanitation items, such as toilet paper, tooth paste, soap and detergent. - Backup generators and fuel to last for 3 month at least. - Radio communication device, shortwave band preferable. - Writing material.

Addendum: Depending on the class of attack, an EMP may bring down all of the standard communication equipment so you're advised to keep a radio receiver in a safe. The safe will act as a faraday cage and protect it from failing. In case of a sudden, unexplained power failure, it's important to collect the radio and immediately check the status of transmission. Note that 24 hour transmitters should continue to operate in the event of a local power failure. The most likely time zone for an attack window will be 1-3am East coast standard time (Washington DC) time. This is when the Russians or Chinese will assume the US leadership would be on minimal alertness.
Certain world events should trigger extra-cautious behaviour: Any reported use of nuclear weapons, tactical or not. Any naval confrontation which results in deaths upwards of 1000 sailors. Any direct attack on fortified military outposts. The likelihood of a nuclear confrontation will tend to 100% once any of these events unfold.
