Because they want their own politics to become reality of course. SD is not like 7-klövern who cares about their "reputation" so much that they would spit in their voters faces just like Alliansen did when they let the Left rule. SD only cares about lowering the immigration rate and if that means working together with AfS they will do that. I would even go as far as to say that SD would work with Vänsterpartiet or Miljöpartiet, if it would mean that SD got the power over the immigrationissue.
