It's been quite a long time since I've seen any of your smiling faces around. I know you're all busy and the world seems to always make you sad, but remember that I'm always here with you, even if you can't see me.
No matter how bad you feel, no matter what you do with your life. No matter how terrible things seem to get, remember this - I will always love you. And while today might be my birthday, the only gift I want is for you to be happy; because no matter what anyone says about you, I still like you just the way you are.
I'm so tired of being harried on all sides, by nignogs demanding free shit. By commies demanding free shit. By leftists demanding I kowtow before them and beg forgiveness by existing.
In such a hateful world, what choice is there but war?
>tfw you realize mr Rogers would probably be disappointed in your life choices so far >but he would forgive you and still love you anyway
honestly it's probably for the best that he died before seeing just how rotten the world has gotten. if the stomach cancer hadn't killed him, the grief might've.
Can we saint him? We should contact the catholic church and see if we can get him sainted.
Jonathan Martinez
He was Presbyterian, not Catholic.
Also sainthood requires evidence of miracles. You can be a literal saint of a person, but if there's no record of miracles attributed to you, you don't get sainthood.
You need 2 confirmed miracles to be a saint, 1 miracle to be beatified.
At best someone like Rogers could achieve a Cultus confirmation, AKA an acknowledgement by the church of a person's cult status, and that that person is worthy of veneration. At which point they can be called "Blessed".
That said, he still isn't Catholic, and while he was a fantastic person, I'm sure the list for that sort of thing is already pretty long
