What weapon are you talking about specifically? If you are talking about new ones, Russia doesn't even have most of them ready yet. Some just started serial production, others need to be polished, etc.
You realize US would need to offer a lot, too, like scrapping global missile defense shield, maybe addressing Russia's concerns regarding NATO. But even then, most of those weapons will probably be built no matter what, because they can host conventional warheads.
