A couple weeks ago, Texas had an election and the news was talking about a "blue wave" coming through Texas and the start turning blue in future elections.

I worked in postal and I agree the volume is too high to slow down. Which is why I think they were simply directed to use some crude method to divert or delay suspicious packages. There's no code for this shit.
