How much will they stretch the movie arc out in the anime? I'm really looking forward to an extended retelling of the movie. They can show up Sauce dimension hopping and snooping around Kaguyas castle. They'll introduce Toneri like they originally wanted to in the movie. We'll get actually character interactions with Shinki and Gaaras other kids.
Fuck I'm really hyped for this movie retelling. I hope it's 4 weeks from now and not 2018.

Boruto is a fair and resonable child in peace times. We have not really seen him in a truly stressful situation yet where there is moral ambiguity. That is where a person truly reveals themselves. I am not really counting his movie incarnation, due to how radically different he is from anime incarnation. And it is a tragedy after all, so I am expecting everything to turn out to be horrible

One reason why I dropped late Shippuden was how unreasonable Nardo's TnJ has gotten. You can't just sunshine and friendship hardened extremists set in their ways for their entire adult lifetime into buddy buddies.

Would be impactful for Bort to face what Hashirama has faced. Be optimistic, well-meaning, and trying to make things better for everyone, only to fail because some past hurts can't be forgotten, and some people cannot be changed.

Interestingly, Kagura wasn't won by TnJ. Kagura is an extremely weak-willed person to begin with, and easily swayed back and forth. What finally convinced him was the intel Mitsuki brought, not Boruto's talk of friendship.

So far in Boruto TnJ only worked on Sumire and Denki, and that is mostly because they are all young children and classmates/friends.

Desu, I think most of Boruto Part 2 will be those situations, particularly in situations related to survival. One cannot magically convert somebody's will to live into a desire to be your slave

I think Momo will be an Anti-Kurama. First nice and helpful to Boruto (in order to manipulate Boruto into reviving him) but as his true intentions are revealed, increasingly combative and hostile, except when Boruto succumbs to his demands in order to have enough chakra/power to win whatever current fight he is embroiled in

Desu, I think Toneri is going to be a failed TNJ. Unlike the rest of Naruto's TNJs, Toneri was in the same situation which initially caused him to turn evil in the first place; alone blind on the Moon, with only robots to keep him company. It would be honestly pretty thematic if Toneri was assisting the Ootsusukis their plans out of a misguided belief that he was actually helping Naruto and co., formed out of his own insanity and the propaganda the Ootsusukis fed to him, as it shows that the Old Gen's ways are no longer effective
