Dark Matter is dark because it has no interaction with EM waves, any matter, or even any other Dark Matter. We have no way of actually seeing it. We only know it exists because it produces an insane amount of gravity waves.

Kakine's Dark Matter should actually be completely invisible since objects only appear black due to absorbing all bands of EM waves in the visible spectrum. Since DM doesn't interact with EM waves at all, then his DM shouldn't be visible at all
