Unfortunately don't really see myself increasing my bank account very fast without going into debt. At this rate I won't be able to afford college without debt for many many years.
I should probably look into some other ways to gain marketable skills instead of just treading water
Read A+ certification, Network+ books, learn basics of IT (if you don't already). Use recruiter to get basic ass helpdesk job, make EZ 40k/year, after a year or two apply to financial place (hedge fund, bank) and immediately get 60-70k, be good at it for another 1 or 2 years, advance or switch to new company and work for finance company in big city, EZ 90-100k/year and benefits all around. Serious, that's the easiest and most realistic approach unless you go into a trade.

you're glowing bright, faggot.
This seems pretty doable. I do have a preference to not live in big cities though, do you think if I went into a trade I would have a better chance of making it in a more suburban/rural area?

No matter how obvious a data mining thread is, there are ALWAYS 3-4 millenials that are so stupid that they provide the requested info.
Why should I prefer that data mining be more difficult? (Genuine question, not arguing with you)

having a mortgage is kind of an asset since selling the house would increase your net worth
I work in NYC and don't live there and never would. Major cities all have (generally) reliable ways of getting in. It's the tradeoff you want to make; big money for big time commitment commuting in?
For your trade question, yes, but I don't know which are most profitable. Helpdesk jobs don't pay over $55,000, for the most part, unless youre in a big city, or you find some trendy hedge fund that wants its HQ in the woods or something lol (plenty exist).

You could get a mortgage for under 3% for awhile. Financing 200k at 3% is like stealing.
I didn't word it right I was referring to having a property in your name and having the ability to sell it for a gain
A huge set of this sort of data with in-depth analysis could be bought from a bank or strategic advertising consultancy for next to nothing, and the end-user wouldn't have to account for the "fat faggot neckbeard selection bias" (official industry term) that you'd run into collecting info about Sup Forums users.

How is a loan (debt) an asset ?! It isnt.
Actially its a liability.
see
No offense but this is the post of a child. I have at least 18 bank accounts. So many fucking loans I could not even begin to guess. Quit thinking of your life in terms of school debt and video games. The real world is complex.

Yeah but a mortgage is a solid liability to have because you can use a good amount of leverage to purchase appreciating assets at below market rates. There are also tax advantages. It’s pretty much the best liability possible.

You clearly know jack shit about squat. Real estate appreciates. Always. Always. Even fucking moron Donald Trump knows that
Yes juggling massive debt and income is how you get from chumpville (population you) to to being worth something. I am not hating, I thought this way when I was fresh out of college too. Back then I had $8K in debt and thought I was done for. It is not an insult to be young and naive, but there is a lot to learn.
