what western movie would you want to be adapted into anime?
What western movie would you want to be adapted into anime?

your mom's childhood video diary
either Freddie Got Fingered or Good Burger
The Day After
yank shit watch the war game

Tremors shonen series would be pretty cool, as long as they don't replace Burt Gummer with some soyboy twink.
There will be blood.
saving private ryan
but make all the soldiers into cute anime girls
Taxi Driver
that episode gave me the chills, having seen taxi driver. absolutely kino episode
I don't even know what you're trying to say when you type like a spastic.
sentencenorms are tards how was that post at all difficult to read
Groundhog day.
Friday
fight club
its called blend s
A Nightmare on Elm Street
I 2nd this.
Texas Chainsaw Massacre but Leatherface is a loli.
Everything else is exactly the same
Has there ever been a spaghetti western anime? Not fantasy western, but spaghetti western.
The Lord of the Rings
Edge of Tomorrow
We got teased with such a good short
Is there even a fantasy western? I can think of a few space westerns.
Trigun, Grenadier, and several others.
The pest
Is Trigun really fantasy though?
Also Kino no Tabi. Fantasy western sucks imo.
This.
Main character can summon wings to protect him. He enchants his bullets. He can use energy attacks.
Main villain fuses with others of his kind to raise his powerlevel.
etc
Sword of the stranger felt a lot like a spaghetti western
Something like it with cowboys would be nice
>NIGERO FORREST-KUN
>western movie
>A Serbian Film
what
Amelie is pretty overrated garbage though. Practicall nothing happens in terms of development and the entire premise leans on "LE QUIRKY CUTE GIRL XDDD". I don't get why it's treated like the best in European cinema.
I thought Re:Zero was kind of Groundhog Day, except instead of going to sleep he dies every time.
How many anime have you watched so far?
This by Nobuyuki Fukumoto.
Keep the ost tho.
TV series: 100, OVAs: 20, Movies: 27
Give me more examples of Groundhog day in anime then
>he can't self insert as Amelie
It's a great movie.
Harry Potter would make a good anime series.
Tatami Galaxy
Steins Gate
...
Kung Pow by the Musashi Gundoh people
unsynched voice over at all times is a must
>Steins Gate
I find it a bit different tho since it's time travel related
Trigun is a parody of spaghetti western in a way. Most spaghetti western characters have some kind of inhuman capability, but the capability appears subtle and down on earth. Like Django who could shoot 6 guys down with both his hands completely crushed, or Blindman who was very good with his rifle and could accurately forecast his enemies' next steps despite being completely blind. I think it would be a better substitute to anime's isekai tier superpower.
It's just a gay kurosawa ripoff.
The story itself is pretty dull, but the movie got nice visuals and a good ost. Jeunet knows his shit.
kek, good image
Haruhi
as des as
there is already the harem material.
I don't think you can translate this man to anime. You'd lose all the fun.
...
Edge of Tomorrow
It'd never work.
León the Professional because of the following: We have
>a badass hitman oyaji with a cool sunglasses
>a nakama who's a loli (and she'd like to learn this profession to kill some bad guys)
>loli happens to see the oyaji as a father figure AND a husbando
>action, guns, a 'one vs all' setting with even more action and guns
>the antagonist is an overacted psychopath freak
Bee Train and the director of Gungrave could do the job.
>The story itself is pretty dull, but the movie got nice visuals and a good ost
Is Jeunet the KyoAni of France?
A reimagining of this or Prince of Darkness would be great. 80s Carpenter movies are the very definition of pure entertainment.
Airplane!
Alternatively Ghostbusters with lolis as the main cast.
When I watched Leon I too thought it could work as anime
Endless Eight
Hateful Eight
>DAI
>KURO
>O-CHINCHIN
>warm black dingus
Been there, done that.
