Doubtful as magicians doesn't exude AIM or an equivalent. They take mana from around them and alter it with their lifeforce

I still check the threads from time to time for checking new updates but yeah, the show's almost over.

Sure, Touma spent a billion years or so with othinus, but pure brute force does not work with touma, we know that by the simple fact he survived that. That and othinus spent a billion years torturing him, so he probably dosent have the fondest thoughts of her.
Mikoto on the other hand initially had a joke romance with Touma, but starting in volume 17 it became more serious than any other potential romance. After nt3 she went light years ahead of anyone else.
Only recently did an actual serious competitor come in, and its a torture fairy who probably has no love interest if she can go a billion years without wanting to have sex with or love him.
Whether you agree with it or not, Mikoto is light years ahead of any other love interest by the development alone. Counting fanbases she easily wins. Counting how kamachi portrays all the other romances, she also wins considering how hers is the one actually taken even a little serious.

It could still not happen, I fully admit that. But as of now she has the highest chance by a large margin.
