Anyone who's ever worked back of the house in a restaurant knows that the servers/waiters have it the easiest (ESPECIALLY the females). They can get away with sitting on their duff and texting Chad while the runner takes the plates to the table, the server refills the drinks, and the busser cleans the table. LITERALLY all the waitstaff does is "hi im stacey lemme write down your order" then walk up to the table and collect the tip after the customers leave.
