It doesn't take much, though, for social media sites to fall out of favor, especially when there are alternatives. Nobody really thought Myspace would ever go down, but they tanked pretty fast, and there wasn't even a "scandal" that triggered it.

Yes, i agree with the social media ending. But not the company itself. I think everyone knows Facebook in terms of social media is going to fail (even before all of this). Most people at my uni and my younger relatives never use Facebook, they all use Snapchat or Instagram. Competition are becoming more innovative and appeal more to the younger generations.
