I won't disagree with you about communism, however capitalism does not inspire ethical and moral decisions. By design, it is competition-based survival of the fittest. Suffering is necessary for the system to work. Suffering in an idealistic and unrealistic view of communism is not factored in at all.

To a degree where your reputation is what allows you to make money, you are bound by the common rules of the market. There are implied ethics in the free market, and cheats get a bad name very quickly, on top of the police apparatus that is available to enforce all contracts and exchanges.
