Literally can't find any other instance of that picture. That pattern will either be a calibration image or will be used to determine rotation and positional tracking for dolly cameras. It's also a shade of blue, not contrasting white like your NASA webm. Also it's a non uniform pattern which will help to determine which part of the screen it's looking at. Still not conspiracy.
