About 40 hours straight of voting in Parliament to force National security advisor to address and take questions about Trudeau's India disaster. If they lose one of the next 268 votes, it will be a vote of non confidence and we will have a new election. Come join us and stay comfy.
Can you explain how this can lead to a vote of no confidence? I'm afraid im not that well in touch with how Parliament works. I'm not reading anything in the article mentioning that either.
They're voting on things for the Budget which means if any fail it's a vote of no confidence.
Jason Clark
Oh nice. Thanks man. I'll be keeping an eye on the thread. I'm assuming if it does turn to no confidence, you'll probably make another thread?
Aiden Bailey
It's about goddamned time Get that goddamed mk ultra sex kitten whore bag of a PM out of this fucking reality and all of his shit eating cabinet too 400million for immigrants? FUCK YOU
Joseph Martinez
Probably.
The most likely outcome is that everything passes. The Liberals have over 100 members while the opposition only has around 58 members. It's still interesting to see what happens throughout the night though.
John Gomez
How sad that is. We can hope though.
Dominic Gomez
This is like your government shutdown when they don't agree on a budget. Just that we hold a new election if that happens.
Carter Perez
Reminder that Doug will win 80 seats
Luis James
We're talking about Federal.
Blake Butler
What are the chances there will be a no confidence situation
Brandon Reed
...
Bentley Roberts
I made this thread expecting more MPs from the Opposition to be there since they're the ones forcing the 40 hours long session.
Turns out there's only around 58 that showed up and 118 Liberals. If all of the Conservatives plus some from the NDP were there then there would be one.
Maybe some MPs will come and go as the night goes on so we'll see.
James Hall
>58 members It's going to be a nothingburger.
Alexander Davis
Wow, the Cons really are too lazy to ever do some good for this country
Samuel Ortiz
to be fair, it's not only the Tories. The Dippers are to blame too.
At least the Tories is forcing the Liberals to spend all night doing this.
Samuel Jackson
66 votes for Nay in the last vote
Christian Moore
I'd like to know who those 58 are and send them my regards, regardless of tonight's outcome. These MPs prove that the Canadian political scene isn't entirely cucked just yet
had to open it on internet explorer but it worked, thanks.
Justin Rivera
Bump for Trudeau’s demise.
Nathan Ross
We're probably going to have to wait until 2023 or 2024 or whenever. The Conservatives need a better leader, the current cuck would do nothing to fix immigration even if he won
Justin Robinson
>Thinking any politician will go near that landmine.
We're beyond saving in that regard.
Mason Sullivan
François Legault wants to reduce immigration to Quebec, there can definitely be someone who wants to do it federally
You can check the opinion page of the Montreal Gazette if you want to see immigrants, Jews and some cuckish Anglos whining about it
Cameron Peterson
I believe at the moment we need 150. There's roughly around 150 liberal MPs at the moment. Quebec is the only place that seems to keep their nationalism.
Caleb Evans
Well it's within the power of every province to limit immigration, but we're the only ones who actually do it.
Maybe Doug Ford will do something similar if he sees it's working
Indian faggot "cabinet minister" replies that Halifax was able to purchase 20 buses, when asked about the SPENDING PLAN for the $186 billion dollar Infrastructure Investment Fund announced by the government.
I .. can't even...I just don't....the irony is that this "cabinet minister" used to be a bus driver.
This faggot piece of shit makes Indians look so bad. Well punjabis anyway. "BASED" Sikhs are all low IQ faggots like this guy. Can't even speak the language properly.
Please don't confuse all Indians with this fag. I'm Indian and I'm nothing like this idiot. Please don't lump all of us in the same group.
Does anyone even post there? Last time I looked it still had some of my posts from 2015
Landon Miller
I'm no expert on the matter, but the 2015-2016 infrastructure plan by the Conservatives in the last year costed $53 billion. The Liberals are spending $186 billion over 12 years, or $15.5 billion per year. The cost seem okay in the short term, but you really have to ask where the total $186 billion will go. Also, note the "+" for the Liberals to cover their asses in case they want to spend even more.
You mean 80+ billion. FUCK. The 93 billion sum, almost double of the Conservative's 53 billion project, would have at least seemed almost part and parcel of a spendy Liberal government. But now we have money that we suddenly need to spend without the Liberals even telling us what they are.
Nicholas Brooks
Not to be a dick but does even matter who you vote for anymore?
this is a nation of 20 million tax payers with one of the lowest corporate tax rates, the liberal party's numbers are fucking absurd. its beyond un sustainable
Joseph Wilson
Brainlet here, can someone sum up whats happening? can we kick the fag out?
