Full body electro -> spiky hairs (she's already blonde). Add a slight muscles buff and an ominous look and you have the perfect SSJ2 look. Without it being far fetched at all.

Fullmoon is too circumnstancial to be a good power up. Its not like Choppers "awakening", that could be used with drugs anytime if needed.
