So, this is kinda sad. Jun tried, the only way he knows, to make this a romantic date. It's just too bad that Misuzu can't keep up. If this was Tomo, that would've been a killer date and the view would've taken her breath. I imagine that's what went through his head and why he's the one that broke up. Well, yeah. He took the time to find a good looking spot (and did at least 40 km on bike for the sole purpose), took his balls and call her first. Problem is that Misuzu is not athletic at all and he took her too far. But like I said, maybe it wasn't obvious to him, but who he had in his mind while coming up with this date was Tomo.

Besides, in my opinion the point is more to illustrate that his dates AREN'T romantic. His idea of going out and having a good time with a girl has been horrifically warped. This would go along with what we already know.

7 of the last 10 pages have had the exact same punchline, reading the same joke over and over again as you turn pages isn't exactly my idea of high comedy.

Do take into account that just last week I was defending Fumita's writing since he clearly wants to reveal something at the end of the arc (since otherwise it'd be an omake), but repeating a joke for a week to pad this shit out is just a waste of time, it gives almost nothing to discuss and isn't particularly interesting.
