It is a 2000+ page budgetary bill that just passed the House and Senate. Republicans voted for it because it increased military spending. Democrats voted for it because it increased domestic spending. The majority of programs that got funded were (D) priorities because all of the (R) money went into the military. Since (R)s are the majority of Congress (even though they aren't filibuster-proof), they should be able to put out a better budget than this.
