Who are the most disturbing Monster Association monsters? I think Black Sperm is portrayal in the webcomic makes him the strangest monster around.

I'd say he drew that offscreen, he doesn't always stream when he draws.
Well, maybe Murata worked on a printed page since the assistants works digitally, but that seems unlikely. So I guess he really drew the background here. It will be more obvious once we see the page in better quality.

He's the same, there isn't much to say, that's just one panel of him. It's when we'll see use his powers that it will really matter. I wonder if the cells will have inconsistent shapes.
Murata drew the face more three-dimensionally and the antenna is way longer, but I don't think the size of Black Sperm's head was ever consistent with ONE's art. I need to see more Muratasperm before I can make any further comments.

It would look better if either the hero characters popped out of the borders, or the monster characters were looming over them. Alternatively, make the borders thick and part of the negative space and have the hero characters extend behind them. You should also exaggerate the character size differences more.
That's Golden and Black, and as you can see, Golden has a more detailled (and handsome) face
