If you can explain what the 4D chess move actually is in this circumstance, I will concede to your point. Because as I see it, Trump had two options:
1) Capitulate. Even if displeasure was voiced, words ring hollow compared to actions (which is why we've never cared all that much about how Trump phrased things, because his actions spoke louder). Allows the RINOs to weasel their way out of some of the blame because Trump went along with it.
2) Veto. This wouldn't have stopped it, but it would have been his way of drawing the line in the sand and making it abundantly clear that he was fighting for us by using the only option left to him. Delaying it would also have given us more time to go through the material and spread the word of just how disastrous this shitshow is, making phonecalls, writing letters, tweeting, etcetera. RINOs take the full brunt of everyone's displeasure.
