He has no long-term planning in place. He is working one small piece at a time in a linear manner, and neglecting other facets in the process. Instead of delegating all these major responsibilities out as he normally would- HE must do it as president, and it is overwhelming.
As for this omnibus bill, He should've vetoed it and laid the onus on Congress, but he signed it. It just condemned a lot of the younger generation to a living hell (personally, I begin to think they deserve it). This will also likely cost him re-election; he pissed a LOT of people off, and I do not give the midterms much of a better chance- the liberals will be emboldened now.

In the future, that could well be possible and I can't rule that out- it's still a bit early to determine that yet. The economic ramifications are horrid though, and when that little monster begins to rear its head, it'll put them in a hurt locker. Many of the permanent increases I found in the bill will snowball both in amount, and due to inflation- the spending will be forced to increase to compensate, meaning higher taxes (I am wondering if this is a long term plan to reset the cuts Trump gave and put it back where it was, but I'm not sure yet). You will have no safety net to fall back on. Funny in a way, since it will be a socialist's worst nightmare- the only way to curb it will be to cut social programs, and that will freak them the fuck out. Starting to get the idea of how it works yet?
