>Why do people hate Little Witch Academia
They don't. They like to hate on the people who like it though, particularly because it's popular on sites like tumblr, and you know how that goes.

>making fun of the show's art with memefaces and reaction images
Now that's just you being dumb. Akkofaces are the fucking BEST.

It wasn't the show. The show would have been fine if not for all the crossboarders that had been attracted by Trigger memers.
It's like DBS except the anime itself isn't all that bad.

Because it's for chicks and because has a pretty normie fanbase.

This, Akko is a miracle of her universe.

Because Sup Forums (Sup Forums) hates Trigger since Kill la Kill got successful

>making fun of the show's art with memefaces and reaction images
You misunderstand

What does that even mean.

Sup Forums hates Trigger, Sup Forums crossboarders and /u/fags.
This series attracts all of them.
It's pretty good imo. Binged the entire thing in a day. Teared up a bit near the end.

>Why do people hate Little Witch Academia?
The last episode aired, what, 5 or 6 months ago? And it still gets nearly daily threads. How do you assume people hate this show?

Is Lotte's nendo out yet?
Is the game out yet?
Is the game's song out yet?

>Sup Forums hates Trigger
Stop right there

Sup Forums likes Trigger shows by and large. LWA is disliked because it was such a massive letdown from the OVA which wa great

It's better than the shitty movie.

Sup Forums likes Trigger, but also likes to shitpost about them, sort of. Look at all Darling in the Franxx threads ever posted.

>first OVA
>shitty
Stop right there

I said movie for a reason.

German girl
Gary.

...

Trigger things that Sup Forums likes
Inferno Cop
Ninja Slayer
Inou Battle
Little Witch Academia 1st OVA

Trigger things that Sup Forums hates
Space Patrol Luluco
Kill la Kill
Sex and Violence with Mach Speed
Little Witch Academia 2nd OVA and anime series
Kiznavier

Inferno Cop season 2, Darling in the Frank,Promere and some as of yet named third series remain to be seen. I personally think Darling in the frank is going to be hot garbage because it's got A-1 helping out and it's got some awful Kiznavier looking designs already.

>Sup Forums hates Space Patrol Luluco and Kill la Kill
Yea right.

there is indeed a fanbase for LWA, if that's what you're worried about. You missed most of the discussion when the show was airing in japan.

They do, ask anybody, Luluco went to shit once they started traveling to different shows, Kill la Kill went to shit once it was clear Satsuki wasn't the real villain, I think around when Nui took out Ryuko and the field trip arc happened is when people started hating it and Little Witch Academia TV went to shit as soon as Croix was introduced. They may have started strong but bad animation, dragged out or rushed plots that weren't interesting and cliche finales where Ryuuko,Akko and Luluco loose something important to them just left a bad taste in everyone's mouths. Anything you see a Kill la Kill thread it's nothing but waifufagging, anytime you see a LWA it's nothing but waifufagging and you just don't see a space patrol thread at all because Luluco is a horrible waifu, nobody likes Mindori and Lalaco was not a good character at all. Trigger really sucks and just because a PR person comes here from time to time doesn't make them suck less.

wrong

>implying the last season of Luluco wasn't the most hyped thing ever

I'm not wrong! KLK and LWA only continue to get threads because of horny losers and memeing idiots,Not because either series was good.

Am I in some parallel universe? I don't remember seeing people hating LWA. At worst we have a selection of moefags that hate LWA's second cour because it focused on story and character development instead of cute girls doing cute things.

It wasn't it was only like that because nothing else was going on in spring at the time of Luluco's airing. Put it up against anything else and it completely falls on it's face, especially putting it up against something that doesn't rely on knowledge of previous Trigger works. You only think it's good because nothing but trigger fanboys watched it turning the threads into circle jerks of spot the reference

You are wrong, but understanding it would require self-awareness you don't possess.

Okay, I get it, you're a trigger fan who doesn't like to accept that they aren't as good as you make them out to be, it doesn't give you the right to act like a close minded jackass, user.

I was talking about the last 2 episodes. Even without understanding the referrences Trigger still made it a fun as hell show to watch.

Honestly the fanbase is pretty fucking unbearable.

no it didn't it just made it feel random and unorganized, why are they talking to this witch girl, what the fuck kinda name is kill la kitten and why did the artstyle change for this episode, what was up with that weird dog in the hoddie, etc. No fucking way was anybody able to watch any of that and not be confused if they weren't familiar with the previous trigger works or things like gurren laggan and Diebuster/Gunbuster

4 MORE DAYS

Shit had an idea for a draw and now i forgot what it was
I should start writing them down

Thank you for proving me right.

Because it was a borderline mediocre show that people treat like god's gift to Sup Forums

Translation?

Only a bunch of fags hate it because it's popular in this board (and Sup Forums)

>No one likes midori
You're wrong.

...

I just hate Akko

...

...

sauce on the christmas cake?

That is because you're on Sup Forums nigger.

I want to buy Shounen Ace for the manga, but I wanna skip last month since it's Andoryuu chapter.

>Is Lotte's nendo out yet?
No.
>Is the game out yet?
No, and unless you have access to Japanese PSN and can play it in Japanese, it's several months away.
>Is the game's song out yet?
No.

>Question: When did Netflix get involved in the Little Witch Academia TV series and what effect do you think they had over the production if any?
>Tsutsumi: Netflix came on board after the success of the crowd-funded project [Little Witch Academia: The Enchanted Parade] and they wanted to sponsor the series, but they didn’t have much influence over the production. They didn’t have any specific instructions, their biggest involvement was in terms of providing funding.

Ok.

Ranking of characters most drawn by Yoshigaki during the shikishi session (requests from people)

1. Akko
2. Diana
3. Chariot and Sucy

Interesting, but I wonder just how much Netflix really gave them. They've been desperate to get any exclusive material from the start and were always generous in doing so, but I can't imagine them being all that interested in anime market, since that catalogue is the smallest one.

I'm not as good as the guy that did the Emergency Parody, but I summarized the last few shitposting threads we've had with a classic.

That’s bait

>2 VIT witch can't even lift

What was wrong with episode 9?

I don't hate LWA, but I consider it a disappointment since I didn't care for Akko (literally just a standard retarded shonen protagonist, but a grill) or Diana much.

Secondary characters were more interesting and didn't get nearly enough time and development.

OVAs were good IMO, so maybe I'm only able to stand these characters in small doses or something.

That expression on Diana's great.

There a way to get the full size of pictures off of twitter? Like the one for tumblr?

Maybe Sup Forums is not a hivemind and the people who use it can have different opinions?

Tack :orig to the end of the image url.

>blaming Akko or Diana for what was Chariot's fault
Chariot was a worse screentime black-hole than Akko.

BUT AKKO AND DIANNA HAVE BEEN PUSHED AS BIG OLD LESBIANS!
THE ENTIRE HATED SECOND HALF DIDN"T HAVE THAT EVIL BEPENISED MALE AND ALL OF THE SAD CREEPY MIDDLE AGED LESBIANS AND SAD LESBIAN SCHOOL GIRL SHILLING YOU COULD EVER WANT!!
WHAT MORE COULD YOU ASK FOR!
A GOOD STORY?
MORE EMPHASIS ON THE THINGS THAT ATTRACTED THE AUDIENCE TO THE SERIES IN THE FIRST PLACE?

HOGWASH!!
MORE SHITTY BADLY DRAWN LESBIAN PORN FOR EVERYONE!!

user they went to the boys school in the second half.

Got it thanks

The fuck are you talking about, Andrew had more screentime than Lotte and Sucy in cour 2.

That's an exaggeration. He only showed up in episodes 17, 22 and 25. He didn't even really interact with anyone in the main cast in 25 outside passing Akko her hat. Besides that, he just had a smattering of appearances here and there. All of which were an unnecessary, time-wasting distraction that could've been better used to perhaps develop Croix a little more.

But user if we didn't include him people would think we support THE GAYS

>ALL OF THE SAD CREEPY MIDDLE AGED LESBIANS AND SAD LESBIAN SCHOOL GIRL SHILLING YOU COULD EVER WANT!!
Quite.

For me it was funny and enjoyable, but my heart felt nothing.

I think that ship has sailed.

Yeah I think I can agree with that.

Like, the emotional crux of the episode was on Holbrooke of all people. Did we really have any reason, any reason at all, to care about her reconciling with her deceased father?

You forgot his obligatory role in Diana's arc.

Oh, right. The total contrivance that barely even makes sense where he otherwise contributes nothing to the plot, as usual.

How ever could I forget.

>calling sub 30 year olds middle aged
Rude

Main complains were:
>It wasn't episode 8
>It wasn't a Diana episode

I think it was perfectly fine, and had lot of funny moments, the only thing I didn't like is that they made a lot of contradicting stuff or didn't some stuff cleared, it was a wasted oportunity.
>Necromancy being banned and punishable with something worse than death.
>Amulets and the stuff about coming back home was underused.
>They could have used more time to show Hoolbroke/Ursula's relationship instead of the cops scene, for example.

I wonder if there was going to be something going on with him and Diana before they scrapped the romance.

The ship has been sunk since january, user. That they don't mind you still shipping them, it's another matter.

Doubtful. Nothing's ever been brought up about those two besides

>"So! You two are childhood friends, right?"
>"I don't recall ever being 'friends'. Do you creepy magic girl?"
>"Not in the slightest."

A lesbian will save Producer's dog when it gets distracted while crossing the street. Then Producer will swear to pay her back by making Diakko canon.

How does it feel knowing that your waifu is retarded?

Yurifags' fault. I thought the waifufags would be the worst in this fanbase, but boy, I was wrong.

I'll stop shipping it starting never.

That would be the most bizarre contrivance in the history of mankind.

...

...

...

Unlike Kumirei, Diakko will never be sunk. Nobody at Trigger other than perhaps Yoshinari at some point wants Akko to get a boyfriend ever.

...

...

...

Bless Yoshigaki. He needs to do more Lotte, though.

...

If you're doing autographs, you usually draw the character you're asked to draw. If they don't request anyone in specific you default to the MC, though.

So cute!

t.salty Diakkofag

Yoshinari liked the idea, but was fine with most everyone else vetoing it. Shimada was the more disappointed of the two.

It's true, though. At least Akko did something with her screentime. Chariot was aggressively uninteresting and her scenes repetitive and boring.

>Croix cut it out!
>No.
>OK.

Lotte you slash-loving pervert.

You legitimately made me laugh for 30 sec straight.

Reminder that the "Ninja Witch" is actually a French weeb.

>Foreigners always want to be ninjas
Unironically love this trope.
