Volume 4 is the first match.
Volume 7 is when Mitsui appears, full of fights and feels.
Volume 9 i think is when the tournament starts, after that is just matches one after the other.
Feel free to skip stuff if you are not enjoying it, the latter parts are by far the best ones, and what the rest of sports manga took inspiration from.
