Watamote

Now that she's popular
Shouldn't the comic be called something else?

Rebranding a manga before it reaches its conclusion is kinda nonsensical. Secondly, there is still room for her to grow. For example, the people she structurally interacts with are all girls. She isn't popular when it comes to the opposite sex, either platonic or romantic. So there is still some way to go for her.

>comic
Kys

How is she popular?

If she were popular she would be more anchored in some female social group.

Manga is just the japanese word for comic and vice versa, user

watacute

It's still not her fault be popular.
The girls around her take interest in weird things.

Does she deserve to be betrayed?

She was probably the one who threw a hissy fit to Nemo first.

I legitmately don't remember this chapter. I'll have to go re-read because I don't remember the full context here

Pineapple stares off the school balcony and sees Tomoko being attacked by the delinquent. Pineapple steps up to protect Tomoko, then asks her what's the issue there. Then this happens.

...

Is she unstoppable?

Is that a prospective title or you telling me this?

>It's NOT my fault that I have become Yuru Yuri

She's not popular just because she has more friends than before, she's just more popular than you. Doesn't make her a normalfag.

>tumblr
Go ask your stupid questions over there.

...

i want to hug Tomoko!

she's not popular. yoshida has more friends than her and she isn't popular either.

Wow it took me a while to realise akarin is not in the picture. The thing about her having no presence is not a meme.

Why is Mokocchi letting Emoji hug her?

Even japs use that word, retard.

If she's some weird shut in, wouldn't she smell badly? I mean are girls just different than boys? Boys in school typically shunned the weird awkward kid.

There was literally a chapter focused on if her sweat smells.

It has to if she sits around in her locked room all day and has bad hygiene.

モテる is to be popular among the opposite sex.

>popular
She has like 5 friends, that's not even close to popular.

It's still more popular than most of Sup Forums.

Aren't we all friends?

My guess is the series is close to a conclusion, some retrospective stuff and then ending on her graduating with her friends and then it strikes her that she still has no bf and the series ends on a humorous note

Does this bitch not care about the wellbeing of her hairline?

>Man Huah
>漫画
Chinese cartoons stills literally mean "slow drawings" though. Not technically "comics".

I won't object if you want to think that, but would you really want to have Sup Forums kind of friends? Pic related.

She's not popular yet, she only has a few friends (Yuri and Yoshida) and some people that are interested in her, who are potential friends (Nemo, Mako)

Ucchi doesn't want her friendship, only her body, so she doesn't count.

>retard
Kys

Good Lord no

We happen to share this place with literal autists, but among them there are normal people who just have hobbies that are viewed as "too weird" to be shared irl.

What popularity does with friends?
I think this will be the moral with fanged bitch.

It's a shop

I want her to end up with delinquent girl

>hobbies that are viewed as "too weird" to be shared irl
I don't think that's actually the case. Anime fans might think so because many of them want to be unique little snowflakes and they cause others to despise them for acting that way and then blame their hobby for the reactions. From my own experience I'd say most people don't give a fuck about weirdness of your hobbies as long as you don't behave like a fucking brainless retard. May be different if you're in your early teens but it gets better after that.

There's still no translation?
I wonder if Nemo would be "friends" with Yuri, both believe be "not good people".

>From my own experience I'd say most people don't give a fuck about weirdness of your hobbies
Even if it's something like auto erotic asphyxiation?

Well okay, there are some things that people might not wanna hear about in detail, but you'd be completely accepted by most rational and mature people as long as you can have a conversation about other things too.

Well, I don't think my friends would look at me the same way after I tell them that I like to read lewd fanfics about user having sex with little fillies.
>inb4 Lee
I watch/read my weird shit at home and alone, I don't want to bother my friends with my internet autism.
Will they accept my waifu? I don't think so.

I wanna groom Tomoko!

...

>traps
I used to fuck traps. But at least they bother to shave.

That's all you, dude. And if your friends really think you're suddenly a different person for mentioning them about something you like, then you should get actual friends. Bothering them with this shit isn't a way to go of course, that's why I said "as long as you can have a conversation about other things too". My whole point was that your hobbies shouldn't bother your friends if you don't bother them with the hobby yourself. It doesn't matter if you have a waifu or if you wanna fap to loli futanari tentacle scat porn (just don't molest actual kids), if you have real friends who care about you they won't mind that shit.

Fang a cute

"Watamote" still works. The unabbreviated title does not.
Although it's a question of switching the ない to る.

Sure, コミック. Japanese use that term extensively when it comes to sharing shit online. 漫画 doesn't get you anywhere.

Then what Does?

Than user but... why there's a Watamote thread on /u/?

Watamote has been yuri friendly for about 2 years now.

I am talking about コミック.

She truly is despite her personality.

She has a few friends who aren't much more normal than her, that's not really popular.

What if Minami tries to make friends with Tomoko?

Why would she do that?

I'm pretty sure she considers Tomoko beneath her.

Is her personality really so bad? The worst we've seen her do is laugh when someone fell over.

Did you missed the part before trip where she was straight shit talking Tomoko and Yankee-chan in bathroom?

SoReally?

I bet once fang notices that tomoko's group has a bunch of people she might try to befriend her.

Tomoko really lucked out for her third year class that she already knows people in it

I didn't realise that was her but I guess it makes sense looking back.

She needs to realize first don't you think.

Fang are Tomoko are destined for each other. They just don't know it yet.

Those are crossdressers not traps, ignorant

Since she's having trouble establishing herself in the new class I guess I could see her trying to make some progress through Tomoko even if she doesn't think much of her. Would be interesting to see how Tomoko would respond.

...

There's also this moment. Although I don't know whether it was out of malice for yuri or if shes doesn't know if she's being bitchy.

Yuri would probably explode if she saw fanged bitch trying to take one of her few friends again.

Probably deliberate, I don't think she likes Yuri.

There's only a few chapters left anyway, this is just the end.

>There's only a few chapters left anyway
What makes you say that?

>Its not my fault I got so many dykes after me

Do you think Tomoko is aware of how Yuri feels about Minami?

It's deliberate, this was also the exact same thing Yuri did to Yuu which is what Mako meant when she told Yuri taht she was acting like Minami

She has to take responsibility for what she's done.

Poor Ucchi. A normal, well-adjusted girl reduced to this

>do you think Tomoko is aware of other people's feelings?
No.

It's like Tomoko offloaded so much autism on her aquitances she became slightly social, and Ucchi got most of the autism

We are not in Japan, senpai.

Here we use also use it to differentiate different styles of comics.

They've just started the third year, there's definitely more than a few chapters left.

QUERY: Is there a place where you can find most (if not all) of the non-H WataMote doujinshis (untranslated is OK)? Other than that fanbook, I mean, I already have that.

I'd say we have 2 years worth of manga left, WataMote might stop sometime in 2019 I feel.

>2 years
1 year at most. These chapters are farewell chapters.

Maybe we can see tomoko college years?

maybe as background character in writer sisters or whatever it is called

S2 when?

Maybe soon, the manga's been getting more popular with japs recently.

Done by a different studio this time. Who should do it?

>tfw a manga character that was written to be a complete loner is starting to become more popular than you.

When I have the balls I'll pull the trigger someday.

>the manga's been getting more popular with japs recently.
why?

>Done by a different studio this time.
didn't think the first season was done well?

So you're saying a manga is not a comic? A comic is not a comic?

Guess you have brain problems.

The word "moteru" implies popularity with the opposite sex, which still hasn't happened, so the title is still apt.

When naruto got popular the show changed to naruto Shippuden, so maybe Watamote Shippuden would be good?

Just wondering if another house style would be interesting.

>Write new manga.
>Never as successful as that one thing you hated to draw because it reminds you of that shitty school life.
