I am an office worker at a university. I just got a call that someone was canceling their class today because literally none of their students are showing up because of the march against gun rights. You're not doing enough. A huge mass of people are hurt and fearful and scared and all they've been told their whole lives is that if you make the guns go away then everything will be okay. All of the educational system, all of TV, all of the internet, the news, the books and everything else are united in telling them this. All the majority of you guys do is shout MUH TWO AYY and meme at them and throw insults at them, for years. Sure, they deserve that, but it makes them think they're right. The majority of you don't offer things that would actually lower the murder rate in this county. Maybe a less shit economy? Maybe good mental health systems? Maybe good schools and good education? Almost none of you offer the gun grabbers these things, most of you just laugh and call them libtards.
AND NOW even Trump has said on video that he wants to take guns from supposedly bad people WITHOUT due process.
We are loosing, but it's not because the authoritarians have gotten better, it's because too many of you don't offer better solutions , you instead offer insults and then sit at home doing nothing. We are going to lose, it's not their fault, it's yours.
