He says "I won't be a part of this. They had a constitutional duty over the past year to create a real budget. We hold the house, senate, and presidency. The R leadership is going against their own promises, and Mitch McConnel and Paul Ryan need to be held accountable in their voting districts, the budget leadership also held accountable. I am sending this back. They can 2/3 vote it in, force it on the people like they did Ocare, or they can support the people and send it back to me tomorrow with real wall funding, removal of stealth gun control, spying legislation, and I will sign it. I think they would have blinked, and even of they didn't, with a presidential address like this, the breakdown, the direct call it as it is approach, the stadiums of people who support him, and others who are on the fence, would have said "FUCK YES, THAT IS MY PRESIDENT!".
