I think Seiya should get a clue. If they are gonna have a baby and send a teen to college at the same time the expenses would obviously be too much. No wonder Touma wants to get out, he has felt like a burden for a while. I understand Seiya wants Touma to choose something he really wants to do but Touma's perspective isn't that much of a mystery after you find out about the baby.

I think he just wants to hear it from Touma's mouth, at least so they can talk about it. Sounds like Seiya and his wife are fully committed to getting Touma through college even with their baby on the way.
