This is not meant to be a call for armed revolt. This is a transitional guideline for when our government inevitably collapses, or if (albeit a small chance) there is democratic reform through traditional voting processes.
Our nation, our society, our culture, is undergoing an unprecedented degradation historically indicative of decline. The idea of traditional families, morals, and property rights are perversely looked at as hindrances to the collective “good” of society. These subversive traitors have infiltrated our schools, and brainwashed our youth to hate themselves, their freedom, and each other. These enemies have infiltrated our mass media, poisoning the minds and spirits of the young and old into believing the lies of post-modern cultural Marxism through its perverted propaganda and censorship. These traitors have destroyed economic freedom and prosperity through the creation of the Federal Reserve central bank, subsidized asset redistribution to “protected” classes, monopolized corporations bribing politicians to pass laws and regulations that benefit only the few, and a heavy progressive income tax. Lastly, these traitors for the past century have infiltrated our republic at all levels, furthering the erosion of our freedoms and accelerating the societal and cultural degradation. To ensure this never happens again and to maintain true liberty, the following principles must be established:
1. Citizenship, voting privilege, and political office are only obtained by four years of service to the state. Otherwise, you’re a civilian with the same economic, civil, and legal freedoms of a Citizen. Felons cannot serve the state. If a citizen is convicted of a felony, that Citizen loses any voting or political privilege they may have previously had and again becomes a civilian. Those that commit crimes while acting as an agent of the state shall be subject to criminal penalties more severe than if committed by a non-serving civilian.
2. No private business can receive government subsidies or be given a legal shield through the title of “corporation.” Corporations are not people. Failing businesses shall not receive a “bailout.” The freer the market, the freer the society. 3. Only Citizens can be licensed teachers in fields relating to history and philosophy. Schools shall not receive central government subsidies. 4. To immigrate to the state from a foreign nation or entity, one must serve the state for four years by military service, only. At the end of the two year mark, the subject’s immediate family (spouse and children only) can move to the state in good faith that the subject will serve the remainder of the contract honorably. Only the serving subject gains citizenship. The other members of the family will become lawful civilians, not Citizens. If the immigrant commits any felonious crime, or is a recidivist misdemeanor criminal during his/her four year commitment to gain Citizenship, the immigrant (and family) shall be deported without exception. 5. Any party, group, or organization that advocates systematic suppression of the rights of others, commits acts of violence for political gain or manipulation, or calls for the overthrow of the government shall be physically removed and punished. (ie. Advocates of Sharia law, ANTIFA, Anti-Free Speech Groups, Cultural Marxists, Gun Confiscation Advocates, etc.) 6. All Welfare and Healthcare shall no longer be subsidized through the central government. 7. A low tax never exceeding 10% of one’s income shall be implemented. No death tax, or inheritance tax of any capacity shall be implemented. Property taxes will be a one time payment (or paid incrementally) worth 10% of the property value. 8. The right to own and carry weapons and firearms shall not be infringed.

9. The government may not subsidize, interfere with, or censor the media. 10. The government shall not subsidize or give financial/agricultural/medical aid to other foreign nations. 11. The government shall not spend what it does not have. The budget shall be balanced, and there shall be no deficit. 12. The government shall not institute a fiat currency. 13. Unless under a declared national emergency, no “imminent domain” practices shall be implemented. Any government purchase of private land shall be treated like a private free-market transaction with monetary compensation or trade. 14. If an elected politician, or other agent of the state, engages in lobbyism for profit, it shall be considered an act of treason. 15. Citizens shall not hold a citizenship with any other nation. They must renounce citizenship with any other nations if they are to become a Citizen of this nation. 16. Both genders and all races are equal before the law and society. There shall be no racial/gender quotas or standards made by private businesses or government entities. Be it by merits, by physical ability, and/or by intelligence, there shall be only one standard set by that private business or by that government entity. All races and both genders are to be given true equality of opportunity, not equality of outcome.

Well that leaves you with limited liability in various limited partnerships such as LPs, LLPs, and LLLPs. You'd need to get rid of those too. The problem is that getting rid of limited liability will have a chilling effect on business startups (since all of your personal assets are at stake when you make a business without that limited liability protection). Maybe if you allowed corporate vial piercing more easily in larger corporations (say, over 5 Million in capital), that might accomplish what you're trying to do.
