So according to this article on the Tamashii Nations event, the new Black and White figures are highly detailed scale figures based on a new illustration. Doesn't specify how big they are or anything else. It also mentions that a renewal of S.H.Figuarts Cure Dream was on display, with technological improvements on par with Shinkocchou Seihou Kamen Rider.
