You remind me of a funny story. One time, I was speaking with a girl from France. She was talking about Québécois. She said that it didn't even sound like French, and it's mostly English, and hearing it disgusted her. I told her that when I was in Paris I didn't even hear any French being spoken at all, only Arabic. She became furious, and turned her back on me.
