Trump threatened to veto the spending package because it didn't provide funding for his border wall, but he signed it anyway.
"There are a lot of things that I'm unhappy about in this bill," he said in a nationally televised announcement, asserting that he had no choice but to sign the bill because it boosts military spending.
The wall is a national security issue. This Trump can have the Army Corps of Engineers build the wall like they did the Panama Canal. Trump just got a massive increase in dollars for this. Dems got played again. Dumb faggots.
>Small wonder NIAC advice on dealing with Iran was replete with claims that Israeli propaganda was responsible for the negative image imposed on otherwise peace-loving, misunderstood Iranian mullahs. Not exactly a friend of Israel is George Soros.
>“Court documents show the NIAC was guilty of: lying to members of Congress, fraudulent membership numbers, tax law violations and evasions, Lobbying Disclosure Act violation, the Foreign Agents Registration Act violations, foreign bank accounts, defrauding of federal funds, bribing of eye witnesses, etc…”
>First,NIAC is a Soros-backed group. Soros is of course the money behind MoveOn.org and got J Street up and running. He is also paying “the $90,000 annual salary of the NIAC staffer, Patrick Disney.” The Left’s moneyman is plainly in the mullah’s corner.
In accordance with section 7058(d) of division K of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2018 (H.R. 1625; the “Act”), I hereby designate as an emergency requirement all funding so designated by the Congress in the Act pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(A) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, for the accounts referenced in section 7058(d).
The details of this action are set forth in the enclosed memorandum from the Director of the Office of Management and Budget.
Sincerely,
DONALD J. TRUMP
This meens that President Trump gets control of All congressional spending. congress doesn't get a dime.
The actual spending of Omnibus Bills are largely at the discretion of the Executive Office. Congress just gave Trump $1.3 trillion to spend and has almost no legal recourse to make him spend it on what they expect him to.
Leo Cox
Well he cant spend a specific 1.6Billion of it on the wall that was ruled out but who cares lol, thats a tiny piece.
Gavin Scott
Is this real?
Grayson Cooper
Where will the money come from, though? The military budget is not enough to build a wall.
Landon Sanchez
Yes but it would be so amazing that I almost dont believe it. If we start seeing military uniforms on the border in April, the salt generated will be unprecidented!
Seriously the lefties who think Putin has something on Trump must be fucking retarded.
Thomas Diaz
From what I under stand and please correct me if I am wrong but Because he declared a state of emergency prior to the omnibus deal he can use the money for national security reasons rather then returning it to the treasury?
Jace Garcia
That I am less sure of how that works tbqh.
Michael James
Someone better tell Molymeme to stop being a faggot with all his doom and gloom and to stay the course.
Once the walls compleated they will have to pay just to use the gate. And honestly as long as it gets built I dont really care how it is funded
Liam Young
While true, it's only because he declared a national security emergency to get around some of the strings on the bill.
Charles White
What, and throw away the 2018 midterms in one stroke?
Jacob Hall
He’s gunna look pretty foolish if Trump actually does this
Brandon Scott
NAFTA negotiations, drug cartels losing revenue & will pressure the Spic gov. Socialist gov in power now in Burritoville, expect trade to hit them soon & companies flooding out of there to Us & Canada. Oh they will pay all right.
Xavier Ramirez
He should force the military trannies to dig the foundation.
He isn't that versed in American law so expecting a leaf to know shit is laughable
Jace Brown
>No additional boarder wall funding Ftfy, faggot. Currently there is $1.6 billion available for the wall and its just his forst year and first term
Shills are desperate to keep the narrative going. They will just move onto another subject. It's pointless trying to even engage them, they don't want solutions or debate, they just want to bitch cry and complain and hopefully turn people into trump-haters.
Adrian Parker
I will cream my pants if this happens
Dylan Diaz
Pic related Numerous reasons, for one an omnibus spending bill is only a suggestion where to allocate money, not a budget. Second Trump declared a human rights state of emergency 24hrs after signing meaning he has full control over where to allocate and spend what I would assume to be a majority of that bill. IE; planned parenthood shekels? Haha fuck off
Not to mention the bill included this allocation for witness protection at the military level. Military tribunals incoming before midterms?
>1.6 billion available >1.3 trillion Learn to count nigger
Nolan Phillips
I didn't see any tweet about this. Please link.

You know what would actually help mexico and what will be cheaper? A violent overthrow of their government. Military action to remove all the corrupt faggots from office and then to make a white run colony out of it for a while. While packs of special forces roam through the country and murder all the cartels. Mexicans are quite dumb, but not that dumb to not have a civilization. But the CIA drug money used to fund crap helps to keep them in a state of corruption. Most of their high IQ people are fleeing their nation, leaving behind middle to low IQ people to fend on their own. Its quite a nightmare. If the gov was destroyed and if CIA/cartels were removed, then the daca bastards could come back and slowly get the reign over their nation again. Then you wouldnt need a wall, and then you would also have a better partner to trade good with, increase gdp of both nations more

>"I'm gonna sign this now because you held our military money hostage with this pork garbage you threw into the bill" >"B-but don't do that again because I will veto it next time." >"Seriously, I just showed you that you can force me to sign things, but don't do it again because maybe I won't" >"I'm serious, like super serious guys, next time I won't sign it."
Daniel Ross
Also, border wall funding due to it being an omnibus and the declaration of a state of emergency could mean further wall funding would come out of what I assume to be the military budget, and potentially would be build by them too? Saw in a thread last night but no proof. Need confirmation.
The market is correct on this, they see trade hitting them in the pocket (profits) if their scam of cheap labour doesn't continue. Either Mexico will bend the knee or they will be shutout.
This is what understand can happen also. However I see a court battle first. Resulting in the supreme court backing the presidents legal authority.

>Is 'Unhappy' About It BASED! 9D CHESS GRAND MASTER ART OF THE DEAL!
Ayden Stewart
He can declare a state of emergency at any point and use any available funds. Before / After omnibus doesn't matter, as long as funds are available.
Juan Thompson
>M! >MI Q, quite certainly, predicted this
Alexander Russell
Precedent was already established with the Surplus Bill under Obama. He spent that shit however he damn well pleased.
Calling it now - Trump's gonna use the military spending to mobilize the Army Corps of Engineers and get to work on a border wall along with major infrastructure projects across the US.
Nicholas Scott
>Molymeme I argued this with shills all day Friday. He only repeats Coulter and knows little else of US civics. At least Obama leaf knows more about how US government works.
No, he's saying Omnibus bills are irresponsible. By design they abdicate responsibility from the Congress to the executive, and everyone is about to get a reality check of what they looks like. He's saying he wants a budget bill, and if they won't he wants a line item veto so he can hold the porkers responsible. He's actually asking for less power and for Congress to do it's job.
Angel King
with any luck the Corps of Engineers have already been in discussion with themselves about suitable border walls thereby negating the 'ban' on the use of the prototypes as they were specifically mentioned and not any other source / provider.
