How long until intelligence agencies start trying to create socially engineered memes to sway public opinion?

What do you think the daily show is?

Intelligence agencies never wrote literature to sway public opinion. Why would they make memes, which are more transient and have a smaller audience?

Problem is memes are based on truths, we all know why the left can't meme, they refuse to be honest to themselves.. I can't see the (((intelligence community))) do much better, they glow in the dark for a reason.

>start

If you've thought of it, what makes you think they haven't thought of it?

Was Pepe one?

Not memes, just a retarded """"" comedian""""" spouting self-righteous nonsense and mental masturbation like the have done for decades

What is Cointelpro?
