Women are forcing men to work. You find a job that you can sustain or you get no resources and thus no women/sex and your genes die out. But women all suddenly saying "I don't want kids, I want to enjoy my hedonism and I hate children," is considered fine and dandy, even though it is not natural and could be a product of decreased oxytocin (which promotes trust + love between women and their ingroup, and between women and their kids).
No one is forcing any specific woman to have kids or man to work, but the overall pressure of society keeps people fulfilling their gender roles because that is what they are biologically programmed to do best. Now we've taken away and screwed up that pressure.
