I am an md/phd student and have been in the field of immunotherapy since 2010.
I have been part of papers that made it to clinical trial with tumor killers that were so strong they broke up the tumors in the patients and caused tumor lysis syndrome and fevers of 106 plus.
The issue here is not that the cure exists, it is that academia doesn’t reward effective therapies. My boss got nature papers for shit that wouldn’t work and things that were all but irreproduceable. Fellow physicians take heed, it is incompetence, idiocy, and psychopathy standing in the way of innovation.

Keto mimics the fasted state, although the level of ketones in your blood will be lower and the net benefits are not as good as prolonged fasting, ketosis can be done indefinitely. Fasting on the other hand should not be done for more than 40 days tops... maybe only 14-21 for a really unhealthy guy. Ideally you would do intermittent fasting with keto and throw in a prolonged fast or dry fasts if you were trying to stop cancer or some other disease.
I should note that protein restriction, rather than just carb restriction, though wildly unpopular, may be even greater at preventing cancer and other diseases in the long run.

At the current rate of progress it might take another 15 years before 3-BP made it to market. By the time it ever did all the new formulations would likely be much more effective.

In the case of suppressed treatments (cryoimmunology, 3-Bromopyruvate etc..), perhaps the Hippocratic Oath has to be interpreted differently. It is possible to do harm by inaction. In the case of a patient suffering with cancer who is presented with the possibility of an agent like 3BP, which has few side effects, perhaps doctors ought to consider that they may be doing harm to their patients by blocking access to this medicine.

No problem. From my understanding, and it’s gaining ground fast in main stream medical science, is that certain Cannabinoids seem to attach themselves to defective cancerous cell receptors. The receptors normally allow the immune system to see the cancerous cells and destroy them. The cell basically saying “I’m sick, destroy me before I cause problems”. Sometimes these receptors are defective and the immune system can’t “see” the defective cell. Certain Cannabinoids bind to the defective receptor to allow the immune system to see the bad cell again.
Curcumin, diferuloyl methane, which is found in turmeric and therefore curry powder, arrests cancerous cells at whatever stage of development they’re in. Cultures with high curry or turmeric diets have almost nonexistent stomach and colon cancer.
