You can't be serious. If they were brazenly testing their weapons anywhere on Earth everybody would know about it and there would be constant panic. Also, a lot of the yield capabilities of atomic bombs is theoretical, meaning they can just use all of their previous tests as proof that their theoretical super nuke would work. It doesn't need to be actually tested. The military is very likely testing weapons in space, as well. When people first found out about MK Ultra, it had been going on for a while. We are now hearing about a planned Space Force. I'm telling you, they've been testing shit in space for a long time. And don't throw any fucking treaties at me because those don't mean anything.

A nuclear flash in empty space would last a split second. There is no smoke, fire or anything stopping the flash of heat from expanding at light speed in all directions. The flash of light would be almost instantaneous. And like I said, even at just the distance of the moon you would barely see it. They don't have to go to other planets, they could have a secret space station maybe three times the distance of the moon that they can deliver cargo to and experiment with nukes, lasers, whatever the fuck.

The tsunami/Earthquake in Japan made us have to readjust our clocks.
